We want you to love your Book Eddie. If for any reason you don’t, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your Book Eddie within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us  within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will replace the item or provide a refund at no cost to you.

To assist us, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• A photo of the item (if applicable)

Processing Refunds

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Items that show signs of use

• Items damaged through misuse

• Customised or personalised items (if applicable)

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different colour or style, please contact us.
Exchanges may require returning the original item in unused condition.
